Jaimee Keene, MBA

With over 25 years in the commercial real estate sector, Jaimee Keene is deeply committed to helping businesses and investors achieve their real estate aspirations.

She launched her career as a commercial real estate appraiser in the mountainous regions of Summit and Eagle Counties, renowned as premier resort destinations in Colorado, including the famous Breckenridge and Vail resorts. Jaimee rapidly broadened her expertise in commercial real estate, earning the prestigious MAI designation, and advanced her responsibilities to encompass capital markets, the valuation of multi-state portfolios, expert witness testimony, and ultimately overseeing several markets for a national real estate advisory firm that specializes in the valuation of commercial real estate assets and portfolios.

Her diverse experience spans a wide range of property types, including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use development, and vacant land. In 2018, she took advantage of her commercial real estate expertise to secure her Colorado real estate license. By 2020, she earned the distinction of being the top producer for Avison Young's Denver office, an international commercial real estate firm.
